If the shipping address provided is incorrect, your package will return to Printful (our production partner). Reshipping costs will be at your expense once the correct address is confirmed
Yes. For health and safety reasons, face masks and other sealed items can’t be returned. Personalized products also cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Unclaimed packages returned to Printful will be donated to charity after 30 days if not reshipped.
